Zwick Construction Company was founded in 1969 and is a third-generation, privately held firm. Zwick is headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, and maintains a full-time office in Southern California. From these locations, Zwick has provided Construction Management and General Contracting for projects through many parts of the United States.
Zwick’s training program continues to set the industry standard for construction training programs and employee development initiatives. Zwick’s Core Values, strategies and vision drive our entire approach to servicing clients, while providing a roadmap for success.
Our product is management: We build schedules and stick to them, build relationships and nurture them. We're construction managers. At the end of the day we hire many of the same subcontractors as our competitors, and procure the same materials from most of the same sources as our competitors. But that’s where the similarities end.
