Lennar Corporation Awards OceanAire Contract to Zwick Construction

January 5, 2014 Long Beach, CA--Lennar Corporation awarded Zwick Construction Company a preconstruction contract on their new $50M Oceanaire multi-family development in Long Beach, CA. The project consists of six levels of residential space, over a podium featuring two levels of parking. The residential and common areas total more than 260,000 SF and have 216 units.
